GET TO KNOW EMILY

I am a licensed clinical psychologist in the state of California (PSY 32910) providing individual psychotherapy via Telehealth, currently accepting new patients. In addition to my private practice, I am a Clinical Assistant Professor at the Stanford Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences working in the PTSD, DBT, and general outpatient clinics. I am a certified provider of Prolonged Exposure and Cognitive Processing Therapy. I received my doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP-Stanford PsyD Consortium and my bachelor's degree in Psychology from Stanford University. I completed my pre-doctoral internship at the VA Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center in Los Angeles and my post-doctoral fellowship at Stanford Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences. I have received extensive training in treating anxiety, depression, and PTSD in a variety of settings including Palo Alto VA, San Francisco VA, Stanford Department of Psychiatry, and a community mental health clinic serving women with substance use disorders and PTSD. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my two dogs, who might occasionally make an appearance on camera.
